UKG Marketing + Comms Meeting

The Marketing and Communications teams at UKG gathered in Grapevine, Texas, for several days, creating a rare opportunity for a global group of marketers to come together in person. As part of the creative team, I was tasked with developing a unifying theme for the event. My concept, Lines of Connection, was selected.

Inspired by Grapevine’s railroad history, the theme used intersecting lines as a metaphor for how our global teams connect and come together at a shared point to exchange ideas, perspectives, and new ways of working. In collaboration with our design team, the concept was brought to life through a cohesive visual identity and event branding.

We extended the theme beyond visuals through interactive activations, including conversation-driven connection cards and discussion pits, as well as a creativity workshop led by former Disney creative, Duncan Wardle. The result was an immersive experience that re-energized the team, strengthened cross-functional connections, and left attendees inspired and aligned for the work ahead.
